1. Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.
  • Advance deposits may be required for certain reservations, events, or group bookings.
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without prior notice.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking. Guests are advised to review the cancellation terms at the time of reservation.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and fellow guests.
  • Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Events & Banquets

  • Advance booking and deposits are required for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
  • Event terms, including catering, décor, and usage of facilities, will be provided separately and must be adhered to.

6. Liability

  • Krishna Hotel & Resort is not responsible for loss of valuables, personal belongings, or unattended items.
  • Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for securing valuables.
  • The resort shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy

  • Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We respect your privacy and ensure data protection as per applicable laws.

8. Modifications

Krishna Hotel & Resort reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
